Raised Standards
Paul instituted that every employee must receive the Law Enforcement III certification. This is to be able to ensure standards when on visits to ensure they do not impede the police or sheriff efforts.

Paul Brouthers is committed to making Dorchester County a safer place to live. He has worked to improve emergency response times and ensure that law enforcement officers have the resources they need to do their jobs effectively.
